Welcome to the Movement Affiliate Program. By joining, you (“Affiliate”) agree to these Terms of Service, which outline your responsibilities, earnings eligibility, and promotional restrictions.
To join, you must:
Be 18 years or older
Have an active online presence (social, blog, YouTube, etc.)
Accept these terms in full and comply with local laws in your country of residence
We reserve the right to approve or decline any applicant at our sole discretion.
Commission details (percentage, cookie window, payout threshold) will be shared in your affiliate dashboard or onboarding.
You must maintain an active Movement account to remain eligible for payouts.
Payouts are made monthly (via PayPal), subject to the minimum earnings threshold and a 60-day grace period for refund eligibility.
If your account is cancelled or inactive for an extended period, commissions may be forfeited.
We welcome promotion through organic and paid channels—but to protect brand integrity and fairness, you must comply with the following rules:
Creating and promoting original content (e.g. blogs, YouTube videos, comparison pages) that includes your affiliate link
Running ads to your own site or landing page that contains your affiliate link (no direct linking to Movement)
Promoting via email, social media, and other personal channels with proper affiliate disclosure
You may not:
Bid on Movement brand terms (e.g. “Movement app”, “Movement.so”) in any form of paid advertising, including Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, TikTok, etc.
Use brand keywords in search terms, headlines, display URLs, ad copy, or destination URLs
Link paid ads directly to the Movement website or include your affiliate link in the final URL
Impersonate Movement or suggest a false partnership in your ads or content
Allowed Example:
Paid ad to a blog titled “Top platforms for launching an online program” with a Movement affiliate link inside.
Prohibited Example:
Google ad targeting “Movement app” or “best Movement.so alternative” with affiliate link or Movement.com as destination.
Violating this section may lead to immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of earnings.
Use only approved Movement brand assets from our media kit.
Do not modify logos or suggest you're Movement staff or endorsed unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Do not present unapproved discounts, deals, or pricing.
If someone signs up via your unique link, you’ll earn a commission.
If a user cancels and creates a new account, you’ll only receive a commission if they sign up again through your link.
If they reactivate the same account, your commission will continue.
Commissions may be delayed if the customer’s payment fails or is disputed.
We may suspend or remove you from the program if:
You violate these Terms
You misuse brand assets or run non-compliant ads
You engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
You may request a review of any termination decision by emailing support@movement.so.
These Terms are governed under the laws of Victoria, Australia, with respect for international trade laws where applicable. By joining the program, you agree to resolve any disputes under this jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of any significant changes via email or your affiliate dashboard. Continued participation implies acceptance of the new terms.
